Ordering

To purchase a gecko, simply email us the ID# of the gecko of interest and we will respond with an invoice. Once a deposit has been made, geckos will be marked as either "On Hold" or "Sold".

Hold Policy

Geckos may be put on hold with a 25% deposit. These geckos will be marked "ON HOLD" for the duration of 7 days. All further interest in "On Hold" geckos will be denied during this period. Failure to send payment in full within 7 days will result in forfeiture of any deposits and geckos will become available to other interested parties. A deposit signifies acceptance of these policies.

    Once payment in full has been received, purchased geckos will be removed from the available page and shipping arrangements will be made.

    Please read our guarantee and shipping policies before sending any forms of payment. Payment signifies acceptance of these policies.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Shipments must received during the first delivery attempt and temperatures must be within the 45°F to 95°F range. In cases of extreme weather conditions on our end, shipments will be delayed until the weather clears.

Certain zip codes do not have Next Day Air provided by any carrier and it is up to you to know whether this service is or is not provided. In areas where Next Day Air is not provided, shipments will only be guaranteed in temperatures which range from 65°F to 85°F. Sorry, we do not ship during the holidays.

Once a package is received, You must contact us within 24 hours in order for Live Arrival to be guaranteed. Each geckos condition must be briefly described in an email upon arrival.

In an event of death, we reserve the right to request the return of the frozen carcass(es).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Quality Guarantee

All geckos are guaranteed to be accurately represented. Pictures are taken with Canon EOS digital Rebel and have not been enhanced in any aspect.

Geckos are guaranteed to be perfect specimens unless they are labeled otherwise. This means that a gecko will not have any physical defects(ie. kinked tail, deformed eye, missing toes).

The sex of a gecko is only guaranteed if it is labeled as either "male" or "female", temperature sexed geckos are not guaranteed to be their temperature sexed sex.

Shipping

All packages are sent via DHL or UPS Overnight Mail in an insulated box. Shipping supplies such as boxes, cups, heat packs, cold packs are provided free of charge.

Prices for shipping require a deposit of $55. The exact cost of shipping will be subtracted from the deposit and you will be refunded the difference upon arrival. Returning money has proven to be the most effective way of correspondence after a transaction, letting you qualify for our live arrival guarantee.
